Our Story
Ramirez Enriquez PLLC was born fighting honorably. Founding partners Manuel Ramirez and Mario Enriquez were law students competing for the same summer clerk position. When the firm asked each about the other, they spoke well of one another—and the firm hired both.
That summer they forged an unbreakable friendship built on work ethic and mutual respect. Years later, after honing their craft at other firms, they opened Ramirez Enriquez PLLC. Fighting zealously but honorably for clients remains our hallmark. We treat peer firms as allies, earn respect from opposing counsel and insurers, and deliver results for our clients—on time.

Manuel Ramirez serves as one of the managing and founding partners of the law firm. Mr. Ramirez practices in the area of civil litigation with emphasis on the firm's first-party insurance litigation. He has gained invaluable experience in various trial proceedings at all levels of Florida state courts.
He represents a variety of individuals and corporations in disputes against their insurance companies. He has had the privilege of representing over 1,000 households in the State of Florida, advocating successfully on his clients' behalf.
Mr. Ramirez received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Florida and his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. While in law school, Mr. Ramirez clerked for the Honorable David Gersten on the Third District Court of Appeal.
He is married to Veronica Gazmuri, and they have three children: Sienna, Lucia, and Catalina.
Mario Enriquez, Esq.
Partner Attorney / Co-Founder
Mario's legal career has been dedicated to helping individuals and small businesses fight back against much larger adversaries. He honed his trial skills as a public defender in Osceola County and brought that practice to civil litigation, where he has represented homeowners in disputes with their insurance carriers since 2012.
Mario has been recognized as a Rising Star from 2017 to 2023 by Super Lawyers in the field of insurance coverage. He is a fellow of the National Association of Legal Fee Analysis and provides expert opinions regarding attorney fees.
He is a proud alumnus of Vanderbilt University and the University of Florida Levin College of Law, but a fanatic supporter of the Miami Hurricanes. Mario has been practicing since 2011, representing clients with vigor and commitment. His accolades and achievements are a testament to his unwavering dedication to upholding justice.
Mr. Enriquez makes it a priority to know each client, their case, and their goals. He guides clients through the insurance claim process with over ten years' experience litigating insurance claims. He also assists prospective buyers and sellers of homes through the closing process and is a member of the Fund and an Old Republic Title Insurance Agent.
Mr. Enriquez loves spending time with his wife and two kids, Oscar and Daniela. In his free time, he golfs (poorly), watches Jeopardy! (obnoxiously), and regularly blunders chess pieces.
In his free time, Mario is a member and supporter of Break N The Cycle, an urban cycling group committed to "pedaling for a purpose." Through that group, he has been involved in efforts to fundraise on behalf of the Sylvester Cancer Center, feed the homeless, and give away toys and Christmas trees to families in need.
